- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Cut, shape, and weld iron and steel materials using hand tools, torches, and welding equipment.
- Assemble and install structural frameworks, including beams, columns, and girders, using cranes and rigging equipment.

- Position and secure steel bars or mesh to reinforce concrete structures.
