LEASING SPECIALIST

M-F 9AM-5PM

19.00 - $21.00 / hour

Responsible for all aspects of managing the properties assigned to them

Duties :

  • Negotiate tenant rental or lease agreements
  • Accept rental monies and fees
  • Assist tenants with rental procurement
  • Assist the Office Manager with Owners' questions or requirements
  • Prepare and explain rental agreements and their attachments
  • Show properties
  • Make inspections and rent-ready preparations
  • Process tenant applications, maintenance requests and final accounting paperwork
  • Complete check-in and check-out processing
  • Coordinate and communicate the above with all concerned
  • Assist the Administrative Specialist when required

Authorities

  • Check applicant or tenant references, including credit references
  • Physically maintain the real estate of an owner
  • Conduct tenant relations
  • Receive funds
  • Discuss financial matters relating to management of real estate with the owner
  • Discuss financial matters relating to management of real estate with contractors
