Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a hotel located in Everett, WA. This part-time, permanent position offers a starting pay of $19-$20 per hour and provides a flexible schedule.
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing basic plumbing, general maintenance and repair, replacing broken fixtures, and assisting with any malfunctioning equipment such as TVs in the rooms. The successful candidate must be punctual, handy, able to work quickly, and be independent.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform basic plumbing, general maintenance, and repairs.
- Replace broken fixtures and assist with malfunctioning equipment.
- Assist the front desk or housekeeping with any repairs that arise.
- Lift and move items as needed, up to 50 pounds.
- Work both inside the facility and outside in various weather conditions.
- Follow safety protocols, including wearing gloves, safety glasses, and helmets as needed.
- Ensure feet are not higher than 6 feet off the ground when using ladders.
