Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring production goals are met on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement efficient production workflows, processes, and strategies to optimize productivity.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify and address areas for improvement.
- Lead and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to align operations with company goals.
- Manage resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize efficiency.
- Oversee maintenance and reliability of production equipment to minimize downtime.
- Prepare and manage budgets, production schedules, and operational forecasts.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality and performance standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
