A client of ours in Sherwood is looking for a Material Handler to add to their day shift. You will be maintaining production and distribution of products by pulling order and inventory, this position will work both inside and outside. #1939LID
This is an evaluation to a full-time hire role.
Duties :
- Read work order or follow oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved
- Load / unload materials using fork truck, cranes or by hand, from pallets, trays, etc.
- Secure lifting attachments to materials and conveys load to destination
- Work closely with purchasing, inspectors and vendors to ensure all material is received as ordered on P.O.
This includes meeting thickness and flatness tolerances along with width / diameter and length dimensions plus type and grade of material
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSAs) :
Pay : $ $22 / hr.
Schedule : Monday - Friday 6am to 2 : 30pm
