Responsibilities:
- Complete design and analysis of airfoils, combustors, jet engine, and fuel nozzle components using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and program requirements.
- Apply prior relevant experience and on-the-job training to effectively address and resolve engineering problems.
- Clearly communicate analysis results to team members, leadership, and customers.
- Execute FEA on various gas turbine engine components, ensuring accuracy and reliability in the analysis process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- Previous experience in the Aerospace Manufacturing Industry
- Previous experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer
- Previous experience with NX, ANSTS & SIESTA is a plus
- Previous experience with FEA
- Previous experience with Jet Engine Design
