Responsibilities Include:
- Prep and plate through holes in copper clad fiberglass material used for circuit boards.
- The Electroless operator should demonstrate the ability to multitask, being able to run multiple processes simultaneously to keep the Auto Electroless Line running.
- Will be required to learn and efficiently run the Deburr, Desmear, and the Auto Electroless Line.
- Process panels through Chemcut conveyorized debur machine.
- Load multilayer panels onto springs and process through hand dip Desmear line.
- Load multilayer and double sided panels into Auto Electroless Line racks.
- Use PLC controlled touch screen that controls Auto Electroless Line.
- Analyze chemical tanks and make chemical adds based off analysis.
- Provides layup and pressing of multi-layer boards.
- Runs inner layers through oxide line.
- Performs lay up of multi-layer panels.
- Presses multi-layer panels.
Qualities Required:
- Ability to understand and communicate in English safety instructions, company polices and operational instructions.
- Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance.
- Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
Physical Requirements:
- Standing the entire shift, and maneuvering up to 50lbs drums
- Physically demanding shift
Equipment Used:
- Running lines within this department, racking tools, and working with chemical tanks.
