Responsibilities :
- Perform basic and routine accounting functions
- Execute price changes / markdowns on products
- Checking product margins and updating as needed
- Continuous tracking of orders / shipments to ensure each order is fulfilled
- Reconcile vendor shipping / receiving discrepancies
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including onboarding paperwork and employee file maintenance
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
- Handle general office administrative duties as needed
