Salary : $17-20 / hr

Job Description : We are looking for a hardworking and reliable individual to join our team as a Pool Installation & Maintenance Technician. This role involves installing new pools, repairing existing pools (including some light concrete work), and providing seasonal maintenance services.

Pay Rate

17-20 / hr DOE

Responsibilities :

  • Install new above-ground and in-ground pools
  • Repair and perform light concrete work on damaged pools
  • Conduct routine cleanings and maintenance
  • Open pools for the season (cleaning, chemical balancing, debris removal)
  • Close pools at the end of the season
  • Lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs
  • Travel from site to site with the team (must meet at the shop location)
  • Drive a company vehicle when needed

Qualifications :

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor outdoors
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in construction (plumbing is a plus!)
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation to meet at the shop daily
  • Comfortable working in various weather conditions
  • Previous experience in pool installation or maintenance is a plus, but not required (willing to train the right candidate).
