Our client is hiring for Production Apprentices . The job of the Production Apprentice is to help in any and every way possible to increase the productivity of the Production Journeyman doing prefab and install. You will need to be able to follow directions and anticipate the needs of the Production Journeyman during the Prefab and install process.

- Learn on the job. Experience is a big plus, but we will train you in our products, tools (we provide tools) and methods of building quality structures.
- Grow with us. We want to give you a $2-$5 raise within 3 months and there are opportunities to move into management positions after that.

Schedule : Monday - Friday. Average 40 hours per week. Start time is 7 : 15 am. Generally, you go home when the project is completed or after an 8-10 hour shift for multi-day projects. We need you to be flexible based on the needs of the project.
Job Goal :
The overall goal of the Production Apprentice is to deliver the customer's product with safety, quality and efficiency. Exceed the customer's expectations every time. The Production Apprentice is a temporary position, it is your challenge to elevate to Production Journeyman within your first 3 months.
