Overview:
The Production Control Specialist will be responsible for supplier management, coordination, and oversight of production parts for Honeywell and GE Aviation products. This includes managing external vendor processing houses, critical supplier partners, and internal part movement tracking. Additionally, the role involves short- and long-term material analysis to support procuring critical long-lead materials.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and track the status of critical production parts with external suppliers and internal processes.
• Maintain professional and courteous relationships with suppliers while ensuring they meet schedule requirements.
• Identify and resolve supplier issues by coordinating with internal support teams and customers.
• Participate in daily production meetings and provide updates on part status.
• Conduct short- and long-term material analysis to identify shortages and communicate gaps to the procurement team and leadership.
• Assist in the procurement of long-lead materials, ensuring availability for production schedules.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Production Control is required
• Previous experience in Supplier Managment is a plus
• Previous experience in Aerospace Manufacturing is required
• Ability to identify and resolve supply chain and material issues.
• Proficient in communication and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with production tracking systems and material analysis.
