Schedule : Monday - Friday, 6 : 00AM - 2 : 30PM

Job Details : We are looking for dedicated and safety-minded individuals to join a production team. As a Production Crew Member, you will help ensure production goals are met efficiently and safely by following company policies and procedures. This position involves processing vehicles to create core and scrap products, enabling customers to access parts, and maintaining environmental compliance.

Responsibilities :

• Set a positive example by strictly adhering to all safety and operational guidelines.
• Safely remove Freon, power steering fluid, brake fluid, batteries, and other materials as instructed.
• Properly drain gasoline, coolant, waste oil, and other vehicle fluids per procedures.
• Position vehicles for customer access and remove them as needed, keeping the area prepared for the next vehicle.
• Loosen motor and transmission mounts, remove remaining tires, and handle core items as needed.
• Remove copper wire, heater cores, and other designated items to ensure environmental compliance.
• Dismantle engines and transmissions, harvest wire, and sort materials.
• Operate tire machinery to separate tires from wheels, sort, and prepare rims for shipment.
• Maintain a clean work area, identify safety risks, and assist in maintaining stormwater control devices.
• Offer courteous assistance to customers as needed.
• Review and complete logs for tracking and regulatory purposes.
