Job Description : We are seeking a skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property maintenance with a focus on ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our properties. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to the upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance issues and address them promptly
- Perform repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems as needed
- Maintain and repair building interiors and exteriors, including painting, carpentry, and drywall repair
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Keep accurate records of maintenance performed and materials used
- Collaborate with property managers and other team members to ensure efficient operation of properties
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Assist with snow removal, landscaping, and other seasonal tasks as required
