This role involves both laboratory and fieldwork, with responsibilities focused on ensuring that rock plant and geology materials meet the required specifications.Key Responsibilities : Conduct Quality Tests : Perform QA testing on aggregate materials to assess specification compliance using standard procedures from AMRL, ASTM, NDOT, and Cal Trans.Data Reporting : Compile test data, organize results, and communicate findings to the appropriate personnel.Sample Collection : Collect samples directly from production sites and deliver them to designated locations.Lab Maintenance : Keep the QA lab organized, clean, and ready for testing activities.Communication : Coordinate with plant staff, supervisors, and inspectors to report test results and manage sample transfers.Mentorship : Assist with guiding summer interns during their time at the facility.Safety Promotion : Adhere to safety policies, contributing to a Zero Injury culture.This role suits candidates with a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to safety.
