Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Reach / Lift Truck Operator for a reputable company in Everett, WA. This full-time, long-term position offering overnight hours. Pay is up to $23 per hour.
The Reach Truck Operator will ensure efficient and accurate management of inventory and logistics within the warehouse. This includes maintaining the quality and safety of raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods, while ensuring timely and compliant shipping. The role aims to support smooth operations by effectively utilizing ERP software, adhering to safety protocols, and fostering positive relationships with team members. The interview will include operating the equipment, so must be experienced.
Key Responsibilities :
- Receive and store raw ingredients and packaging supplies according to guidelines.
- Rotate ingredients using the First Expired, First Out (FEFO) method.
- Pick and transfer ingredients and supplies to operations as needed.
- Return unused items to storage.
- Pick and ship finished goods using the First In, First Out (FIFO) method.
- Ship goods via shuttles or directly to customers, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
- Utilize ERP software for all inventory and order tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse, including dry, cooler, and freezer storage, and shipping docks.
- Monitor and report inventory discrepancies.
- Safely operate forklifts.
- Adhere to food safety and safe storage procedures.
- Maintain positive relations with leads and operations teams.
- Report issues to leads and managers.
