Job Summary : The Receptionist / Warehouse Worker will be responsible for managing front desk operations and assisting with warehouse tasks. This dual-role position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Reception Duties :

Greet and assist visitors and clients.

  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Warehouse Duties :

    • Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments.

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Maintain inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe.

    • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or warehouse role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Proficiency with office and warehouse management software.

  • Combination of office and warehouse environments.
  • May require standing for extended periods and lifting heavy items.
