Express Employment Professionals of Everett is seeking a highly skilled Reconciliation Clerk for an equipment company located in Marysville, WA. This temporary position offers a starting pay of $25-$35 per hour and operates on a day shift from Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and reconciliation, with a keen eye for detail to audit all records and ensure accuracy. This position does not provide training, as the individual will be responsible for cleaning up and identifying errors after an audit. The role involves strong attention to detail and the ability to trace and correct any discrepancies found in the records. The company will soon be transferring information to a new system, necessitating flawless accounting records.

Key Responsibilities :

• Audit all presented records to ensure perfect math and accuracy.
• Identify and correct errors in postings by tracing back to the source of the problem.
• Ensure all accounting records are flawless in preparation for transferring information to a new system.
