Pay : $25 / hr

As a Fabrication Technician & Maintenance Mechanic , you'll split your time between fabricating custom metal components and maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production machinery to ensure smooth operations.

What You'll Be Doing :

Fabrication & Welding

• Fabricate and assemble custom metal components to meet client specifications
• Perform MIG and Arc welding on sheet metal and structural steel
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders with accuracy
• Utilize tools such as brake presses, shears, saws, and grinders to shape and finish products

What We're Looking For :

1-3 years of Fabrication & MIG Welding experience (Production welding is acceptable)

Ability to read blueprints and perform precise measurements (including fractions)

Experience working with sheet metal or structural welding

Entry-level brake press experience is a plus (but we're willing to train!)

Basic mechanical aptitude - understanding of machine maintenance & troubleshooting

Strong work ethic and reliability - we value dedicated team players
