Job Title : Sanitation Lead - Food Processing Facility
Job Summary :
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Sanitation Lead to oversee the cleanliness and sanitation of our food processing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with food safety standards, lead a team of sanitation workers, and maintain a safe, clean working environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and coordinate industrial cleaning tasks to maintain sanitary work areas
- Oversee the sanitization of equipment and surfaces
- Implement and enforce food cleanliness protocols
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety requirements and FDA / USDA food cleanliness standards
- Train and supervise sanitation team members
- Develop and maintain cleaning schedules and procedures
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning activities
- Troubleshoot sanitation issues and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and inspections
