Title : Shop Helper (Graveyard)
Type : Full-Time
Pay : $22.00 Per Hour
Schedule : Wednesday - Sunday 10 : 00 PM - 6 : 00 AM
Responsibilities :
- Prepare furnace loads, including part preparation (degreasing, masking), fixturing, racking, and wiring of parts.
- Perform basic part straightening (hot / cold straightening, clamp tempering) under supervision.
- Document processing details on job cards (times / temperatures, inspection results).
- Maintain cleanliness in the shop (e.g., sweeping, organizing tools, cleaning spills).
- Assist with shipping / receiving as needed.
- Develop and apply knowledge of company quality systems, processes, and equipment.
