Express Employment is seeking Parts Specialists! Parts Specialists will be responsible for helping customers find the parts they need and ensuring they have a positive experience while in the store!
Skills and Experience:
- Ensure each customer is greeted and receives outstanding service
- Answer phone calls
- Ability to be professional, tactful, and pleasant when dealing with customers
- Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements
- Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions
- Discuss the use and features of various parts, based on knowledge of machines or equipment
- Demonstrate equipment to customers and explain the functionality of the equipment
- Effectively and professionally take care of issues regarding returned parts
- Execute the daily operational, day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by PE Manager
- Assist in the training and development of peers
- The role routinely may use but is not limited to computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners and fax machines, pallet jackets, price guns, and RF guns
- Take Inventory of parts
- Other duties, as assigned
- While performing duties of this job, the employee is required to talk and hear
- Active position that requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing all day.
- Must be able to lift and /or move items weighing 50lbs or more
- Must operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store

- $13.00 -$15.00/ HR
