Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating delivery logistics.
- Organize and maintain delivery packets, schedules, and confirmation processes.
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth execution of events and deliveries.
- Respond to emails, update schedules, and assist with daily administrative tasks.
- Streamline confirmation processes and improve communication workflows.
- Support the operations/logistics office by handling documentation, reports, and data entry.
- Assist with routing deliveries and organizing peak day schedules.
- Communicate with clients to confirm event details, deliveries, and any last-minute changes.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Comfortable communicating with clients and providing excellent customer service.
- Be adaptable and willing to assist in other roles as needed to support the team and ensure smooth operations.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in event logistics, warehousing, or delivery coordination.
