About Us:

We are a fast-paced event planning company looking for a highly organized and proactive Logistics & Administrative Assistant to support our scheduling and operations team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating delivery logistics.
  • Organize and maintain delivery packets, schedules, and confirmation processes.
  • Communicate with team members to ensure smooth execution of events and deliveries.
  • Respond to emails, update schedules, and assist with daily administrative tasks.
  • Streamline confirmation processes and improve communication workflows.
  • Support the operations/logistics office by handling documentation, reports, and data entry.
  • Assist with routing deliveries and organizing peak day schedules.
  • Communicate with clients to confirm event details, deliveries, and any last-minute changes.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Comfortable communicating with clients and providing excellent customer service.
  • Be adaptable and willing to assist in other roles as needed to support the team and ensure smooth operations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in event logistics, warehousing, or delivery coordination.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced or customer service-oriented role.
  • A positive attitude with eagerness to grow and help develop new processes.
