- Neurosurgery: Monday-Friday, 08:00-1630
- General Surgery: Monday-Friday, 08:00-1630
- Surgery: Monday-Friday, 7:00-1530
- Urology: Tuesday-Friday, 0630-1700
- Current State of Hawaii LPN License
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months of recent clinical experience (within the last 24 months)
- Current AHA CPR/BLS Certification
- Current Two-Step TB/Chest X-Ray Clearance (within 1 year)
- Federal Fingerprint
- N95 Fit Test
- Proof of vaccinations: MMR, TDAP, Varicella, COVID and FLU
