CNA, Nurse Assistant/ Caregiver Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months of recent CNA, Caregiver/Nurse Assistant experience - within 18 months
- State of Hawaii CNA License
- Completion of a accredited Nurse Assistant program
- Current CPR/BLS & First Aid Certification
- Current two-step TB or Chest X-Ray clearance - within 1-year
- Valid COVID Booster vaccination
- Federal Fingerprint
