Requirements:
✔ Current State of Hawaii RN or LPN License
✔ Minimum of 6 months of recent nursing experience (within the last 24 months)
✔ Current CPR/BLS Certification
✔ Current two-step TB or Chest X-Ray (within 1 year)
✔ FieldPrint Fingerprinting
