Job Summary:
As a Staffing Coordinator, you’ll manage the full staffing lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to successfully onboarding top-tier talent. You’ll engage with a variety of applicants and clients, ensuring a seamless experience for both. In addition to staffing duties, you’ll play a crucial role in hitting sales metrics, supporting business development efforts, and driving inside sales to increase our client base. Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Management:
- Online Application Management: Handle applications, assist with onboarding, and maintain candidate databases.
- Interview Process: Conduct initial interviews, phone screenings, and schedule in-person meetings.
- First Day Success: Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and follow up with new hires.
- Job Posting and Sourcing: Craft and post compelling job descriptions, utilizing modern sourcing techniques to attract top talent.
- Talent Marketing: Showcase standout candidates to hire managers, highlighting their potential to fulfill key roles.
- Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships, coordinate appreciation events, and keep candidates excited about new opportunities.
Client Management:
- Client Relationship Management: Be the go-to person for clients, providing regular recruitment updates and understanding their unique staffing needs.
- Client Consultations: Offer insights into market trends and help clients define effective recruitment strategies.
- Client Reporting: Present performance metrics and provide feedback to improve recruitment processes.
- Sales & Business Development: Meet inside sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and growing client accounts.
- Performance Metrics & Reporting: Track recruitment and sales performance, providing reports and insights to improve processes.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- A passion for connecting with people and driving results.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency with online application systems and social media.
- A motivated, goal-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or College degree is preferred.
- 3 Years experience in an administrative and customer service role.
- Experience in recruitment or HR is a plus, but not a requirement.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk.
- Occasionally required to lift and carry items up to 15 pounds.
- Capacity to focus on and work with a computer screen for prolonged periods.
