We are committed to delivering exceptional event experiences and are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Meeting Planner / Account Manager to join our team.
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and client-focused Event Manager / Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing event planning and execution, and ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a passion for events and strong project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and maintaining strong relationships.
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events from inception to completion.
- Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to ensure successful event execution.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and third-party partners to secure necessary services and resources.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise before or during events.
- Track and report on event performance, gathering client feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in event planning, account management, or a similar role.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools.
- Detail-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel for onsite event execution as needed (minimal)
