The Opportunity
As a Kitchen Sales Strategist, you won’t just be another salesperson—you’ll be the face of your own showroom, running it like your own business. You’ll have the freedom to drive sales, generate leads, and build lasting relationships while backed by an industry leader that provides all the tools, training, and products you need to win.
We’ll teach you everything you need to know about kitchen design, 2020 software, and our product line—you bring the hustle, sales skills, and drive to close deals.
What You’ll Do
· Sell, Sell, Sell – Your primary focus is driving revenue. You’ll be responsible for closing deals with homeowners, contractors, and property managers.
· Manage Your Showroom – Think of it as your own business within our business. You’ll build your book of clients, set appointments, and drive foot traffic.
· Cold Call & Generate Leads – You won’t sit back and wait. You’ll actively prospect new customers, follow up on warm leads, and turn cold outreach into hot deals.
· Provide an Amazing Customer Experience – Help clients envision their dream kitchens and guide them seamlessly through the sales process.
· Master Our Products & Design Software – We’ll teach you everything you need to know about 2020 design software and our product offerings. You just need to be willing to learn.
· Be Independent & Results-Driven – No micromanaging here. We want self-starters who take ownership of their success.
What We’re Looking For
· 1-3 years of strong sales experience (kitchen industry is a plus but not required)
· Proven track record of lead generation & cold calling
· High-energy, self-motivated, and competitive mindset
· Excellent attention to detail (because kitchens are all about precision)
· Ability to work independently and stay accountable
· Willingness to learn (we’ll teach you the rest!)
