Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes and fluid checks on various types of vehicles.
- Conduct routine maintenance services, including filter replacements and tire rotations.
- Utilize automotive diagnostics tools to identify issues and recommend appropriate services.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining services performed and addressing any customer inquiries.
- Assist in sales by promoting additional services based on customer needs.
- Align vehicles as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a service technician or in automotive service is preferred.
