Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Lead CNC Operator for a busy manufacturing company. This company is made for outdoor enthusiasts and ISO 9001 Certified manufacturer. You would be responsible for supporting the production of the CNC department, solution-focused regarding technical problems, and identifying machining improvement opportunities. The right person for this role would have a minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience, can read, and understand blueprints, and be proficient with inspection equipment.
Pay : $25-$30 DOE
Shift : Monday – Thursday 5 : 30 AM – 4 : 00 PM
Location : Ferndale, WA
Position Type : Evaluation Hire / Direct Hire
What you get to do :
- Coordinate and support production of the CNC and Swiss Lathe Department
- Setup and operate Vertical CNC and Swiss Lathe Machines
- Communicate effectively and work with employees to solve technical problems
- Work with the Planner to schedule and execute jobs
- Prepare and maintain job boards
- Work with Engineering to lead process and machining improvements
- Develop and maintain work instructions to ISO standards
