Job Summary : Express Employment in Bellingham is recruiting Cooks for a busy manufacturing company in Bellingham. Pay : $17.68, with a raise once hired on
Position Type : Evaluation
Schedule : Rotating days off, 1 : 00 pm-9 : 00 pm
Responsibilities and Job Duties May Include :
- Process product orders according to recipes and product outlines
- Weighing quantities of liquid, frozen ingredients
- Weighs ingredients accurately using the metric system
- Completing required paperwork, shutdown, disassembles, cleans and reassembles equipment
- Monitor cooler temperature and recycle
- Documents all ingredients on a usage log
- Performs assembly and disassembly of all liquid pumping equipment, coloring mixers, ingredient containers, and associated equipment
- Dump product into the hopper
- Pump the product into plastic-lined pans to ensure proper thickness for consistency of the product quality
- Put pans into the wheeled storage rack and complete a tag for each rack
- Roll each rack into the Setting Room
- Disassemble, clean, and reassemble the pump, panning table, etc. as needed
