- Monday – Friday 6:00 am- 4:30 pm
- Evaluation to hire
Pay
- $18-19.00/Hour
- Weekly paychecks every Friday!

Responsibilities
- Execute daily personal schedule.
- Complete all grinding operations.
- Select, align, and secure holding fixtures, attachments, accessories, and materials as required.
- Operate and observe robot to detect malfunctions or non-conforming conditions.
- Record required activities in computer system.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Stable work history with verifiable work references.
- American Composites Manufactures Association (ACMA0 Technician Certification or equivalent preferred.
- Familiarity with International Standards Organization (ISO) lamination standards.
- Lean Manufacturing Certification or equivalent preferred with demonstrated proficiency utilizing lean problem solving, engineering tools, and methods in a manufacturing environment.
- Able to read and understand work instructions, part prints, and quality control equipment.
- Safely store and stage any hazardous materials at the end of each shift.
- Ability to work in a team setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to properly utilize small tools, operating air/hand tools, saws, drills, and grinders.
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing.
- Able to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE- Respirator, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective coveralls.).
- No background check required.
- No drug screen required.
