Wire EDM Operator
Location : North Branch MN
Pay:$18 DOE
Schedule; 6-4:30pm M-Th Occasional Friday 6-2

Develop and maintain programming for stamping press, laser cutting, and milling machines. Collaborate with engineering teams to design and fabricate components based on specifications. Operate machinery including lathe and forklift, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues to minimize downtime in production Utilize basic math skills to perform calculations necessary for programming tasks Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance Document processes and maintain accurate records of programming changes and machine operations.

The desired Candidate would have:
- Proven experience in programming within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and machinery.
- Familiarity with stamping press, laser cutting, milling machines, lathe operations, and forklift operation is preferred.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics effectively.
- Basic math skills are essential for performing calculations related to programming tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with team members.
