Express Employment Professionals of Mount Vernon has partnered with a company who’s mission is to provide housing opportunities in our community.
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join this team as a Housing Generalist. The Housing Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of our housing programs, ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service for their residents.
What you get to do :
- Answering phones
- Receive and process housing applications
- Prepare recertification packets
- Conduct interviews with applicants
- Determine documentation needed
- File documentation
- Conduct initial and annual inspections
- Use office equipment such as multi-line phones, printing centers, postage machines
What you need to be successful :
Schedule : Monday through Friday from 8 : 00AM – 5 : 00PM
Pay : $18.10 - $23.80 (DOE)
