Members of the Express Signs & Lighting Maintenance team have years of experience and extensive training, providing a strong, knowledgeable foundation for each new project we undertake.
The administrative assistant is an essential part of the Express Signs & Lighting Maintenance team. The administrative assistant will work with the office manager, technicians, and clients to make sure fabrication and installation run smoothly, and will also work with the accountant and union to satisfy weekly and monthly reporting. Responsibilities include:
- prepare monthly union report
- process accounts payable and receivable daily - QuickBooks experience is a must!
- assist with scheduling technicians and inspections for municipalities
- securing municipal licenses and permits
- interfacing with customers, suppliers, and vendors
- scheduling workflow
- invoicing of customers
Required Skills
- general computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, and Quickbooks
- ability to manage many projects at once and work within a fast-paced environment!
- customer service mentality - work collaboratively with both clients and other staff
- flexible and comfortable with ambiguity
- adaptable to a changing environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
