Job Description:
- The Inspector is responsible for transporting employees to various work sites, ensuring all work jobs are completed to the customer’s satisfaction, and managing the company's social media presence. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a valid driver’s license, and a passion for content creation. The coordinator will ensure timely arrivals at job sites, inspect employee’s work before beginning the next job, and capture engaging content to promote the company’s services online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive employees to and from job sites safely and punctually.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) on social media platforms.
- Implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and drive engagement.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends and audience preferences.
- Collaborate with the Office and Management Department to develop social media campaigns aligned with marketing goals.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster positive relationships
- Document work projects for promotional purposes.
- Assist with on-site tasks, including but not limited to: gathering paint samples, dropping off paint, picking up supplies, assisting with touch-up services (e.g., painting, cleaning).
- Coordinate with the Office Manager and owner about social media creation, promotions and content scheduling, advertising, and assignment scheduling.
- Complete proper inspections of the employee’s job before transporting them to the next location.
- Upload each inspection checklist to the company’s filing system.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills with the Office Manager and employees.
- Demonstrate leadership skills in evaluating company operations, providing constructive feedback, and taking the initiative to collaborate with employees and the office manager.
- Willing to commute to surrounding cities of Statesboro, Georgia.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortability with driving for a long period of time.
- Availability to work full-time Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge with photography and videography.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
- Knowledge of property maintenance services (e.g., painting, carpet cleaning, cleaning).
