What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Assistant position at Express Vets?
Primary Care Veterinary clinic is seeking a detail oriented, upbeat part-time (with the possibility of transitioning to full-time) veterinary assistant to join our growing teams in both our Buford and Oakwood locations. The position will be responsible for assisting our veterinarians with patients and preparing for patients, obtaining medical histories, entering charges, performing patient treatments, answering phones, scheduling appointments, client education, and client interactions. Candidate must possess basic computer skills. Candidate MUST have previous experience as a veterinary assistant or veterinary receptionist and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. Pay is based on skill and experience. Experience as a veterinary receptionist is desired but not required.

We have several locations and are looking for a candidate that is interested in working at both our Buford and Oakwood locations.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
