Our new full-service veterinary hospital is seeking a cheerful, detail-oriented, and upbeat part-time veterinary receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a positive experience across all areas of our practice from primary care and diagnostics to surgery. We value team players who are eager to learn and grow in a supportive, professional environment. Strong customer service experience is highly preferred and at least 1 year of animal care or veterinary experience is required. As a part of the Express Vets team, you will enjoy a very healthy work/life balance while providing convenient and affordable care for pets in our community.
Our Front Desk Receptionists are the face of our practice and a key part of our team. They are responsible for:
- Schedule and coordinate appointments across multiple departments, including primary care, surgical, and diagnostic services.
- routing messages for doctors or staff
- maintaining patient records
- checking in appointments and procedures
- checking out/collecting payment for services rendered
- providing customer service to each of our clients
Pay is based on skill and experience.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
