Essential duties and responsibilities
As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you'll be at the heart of our dynamic team, driving alignment between business objectives and employee engagement. You’ll forge impactful partnerships across the HR function, championing innovative strategies that elevate our workplace culture and boost overall success. In this dynamic role, your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Partner with field operations to provide expert HR guidance and support, ensuring alignment with business goals and effective problem-solving.
- Analyze HR trends and metrics in collaboration with the HR team to develop and implement innovative solutions, programs, and policies that address organizational needs.
- Handles and resolves intricate employee relations issues, conducting thorough, objective investigations with effectiveness.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations to mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance. Collaborate with legal consultants as necessary.
- Offer day-to-day guidance on performance management, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
- Work closely with management and employees to enhance work relationships, boost morale, and drive productivity and employee retention.
- Provide clear and consistent interpretation of HR policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement safety programs to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Identify and address training needs for field and management staff, and support ongoing coaching initiatives.
- Perform other related responsibilities as assigned to support the HR function and overall business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in resolving employee relations issues.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
- Strong ability to interpret and apply laws and policies.
- Excellent time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
