Essential duties and responsibilities

Are you passionate about finding and developing top talent? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Express Wash Concepts is seeking a dedicated Talent Coordinator to join our team and help us build a world-class workforce.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist - New Store Development, you will play a crucial role in our growth strategy by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our new locations. You will work closely with hiring managers, HR, and the operations team to ensure a seamless recruitment process, contributing to the successful launch of new stores.

Your primary responsibility will be to support and facilitate the hiring processes across our wash locations. In this dynamic role, your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to :

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for new store openings.

Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within our new stores.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting job ads to extending offers.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, job fairs, and other recruitment events.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a retail or service-oriented environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
