Position Overview : Technical Assembler

The Technical Assembler will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our car wash systems. This is a full-time position requiring expertise in electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic assembly. You'll be part of a team dedicated to creating top-performing equipment while maintaining high standards of organization and safety.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Electrical Assembly : Install and assemble components such as photo eyes, pulse boxes, and bypass boxes.

Mechanical Assembly : Clean, refurbish, and assemble mechanical parts and panels.

Pneumatic Assembly : Build air actuation control panels for optimal performance.

Parts Administration : Order, coordinate, and track bill of material parts, ensuring inventory is accurate and up to date.

Kitting : Prepare and build crates, ensuring assemblies and parts are ready for shipment.

Workshop Management : Maintain workshop cleanliness and organization to promote safety and efficiency.

Field Work : Travel to wash sites to install assemblies and assist with on-site setup as needed.

Job Requirements

Experience : Prior experience in assembly, electrical work, or mechanical systems is preferred.

Technical Skills : Proficiency with electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.

Detail-Oriented : Ability to follow technical instructions and maintain high-quality standards.

Organizational Skills : Capable of managing inventory and workshop operations.

Adaptability : Willingness to perform field work and travel when required.

Physical Stamina : Ability to lift and assemble equipment and perform repetitive tasks as necessary.
