Your Role with the Company:
As an Accounts Payable Associate you will work on the Accounts Payable team of about 5 employees. Your main function will be to manage 600 credit cards. This includes ordering and deactivating cards, troubleshooting cardholder issues, responding to fraud notifications, matching statements, reconciling accounts, and contacting vendors and/or employees for missing receipts. This role requires a high attention to detail and accuracy.
Background Profile:
- 2-3 years in Accounts Payable
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
- Familiarity with Viewpoint software preferred
