Accounts Payable Specialist

Our client is a manufacturer that's looking to bring on an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team! This position requires candidates to have experience with full cycle accounts payable, have familiarity with dealing with a large amount of general ledger accounts, and able to maintain entry deadlines for check runs.

Pay - $20 - $24hr

Schedule - 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday-Friday 

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle accounts payable (matching, batching, coding)
• Data entry
• Assist with Month-end close
• Resolve discrepancies

Qualifications:

• Associates degree in Accounting or Business OR equivalent work experience 
• Familiar with working with 100 general ledger accounts
• Accounts payable experience
