At ExpressPros - Madison, we are seeking skilled individuals to join our team as 2nd shift assembly production associates.
About the Job
This position involves working in a large climate-controlled production facility where you will be responsible for producing accurately assembled products. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and follow work instructions to ensure quality and accuracy
- Operate hand and power tools as needed
- Conduct quality checks on produced items
- Stand for extended periods during an 8-hour shift
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16 with room for advancement and a shift differential of $2 per hour. Schedules include 1st shift from 6am-2pm Monday-Friday, 2nd shift from 2pm-10pm Monday-Friday (urgent openings), and 3rd shift from 10pm-6am Sunday-Thursday.
