Summary:
We are hiring a Billing Clerk for a well-established whole distributor on the eastside of Madison! This person will be responsible for Accounts Receivable and Billing. The ideal candidate must be professional and be well versed in QuickBooks.
Pay: $20-25/hour based on experience
Hours: 8:30am-5pm (Monday-Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
This role will handle the generation of invoices, updating customer accounts with charges, sending out payment reminders, and managing the billing process – ensuring accurate and timely billing for our clients products/services. This position is looking for someone looking to grow within the team, be familiar with Accounts Receivable and proficient using QuickBooks.
