Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Billing Specialist for our client in Waunakee, WI! Our client is a construction company that has been serving the Dane county area for more than 40 years and has become a leading energy-related utility contractor. This position is a Direct Hire opportunity!
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7/8am-4/5pm
Pay: $22-23/hr. DOE
We're looking for:
- Collect, post, and resolve issues and discrepancies
- Verify job cost coding of revenue, payroll, and other expenses
- Match and enter customer receipts
- Provide weekly reporting to field supervisors
- Communicate directly with customers, field supervisors, and foreman
- Moderate phone and email volume
- 2-3 years of billing, payables, or similar role
- MS office experience, specifically Excel
- Viewpoint software experience would be a plus
