What are the responsibilities and job description for the Blueprint MIG Welder position at ExpressPros - Madison?
Now hiring Welders on 1st shift in Lake Mills - just a short drive from Fort Atkinson! Welding will be done in a manufacturing environment. This position is great for entry or mid-level welders, as you will use fixtures for these welds. Candidates will need to complete a MIG weld and blueprint test and before hire, and show a willingness to learn.
Wage: $22/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am to 3pm
Plus: Enjoy paid lunch breaks.
Work includes:
- MIG weld with fixtures
- Collaborate with lead welder to plan ahead on tasks
- Read drawings, weld symbols, and blueprints
- Help with assembly
- Assist with loading and unloading of trucks as needed
