- Data Entry and Record Keeping: Assist with auditing employee files, tracking leave forms, and managing records for compliance purposes.
- Employee and Customer Support: Provide assistance to employees, job applicants, and external contacts as needed.
- Administrative Reporting: Prepare and maintain logs, reports, and documentation related to recruitment, hiring, and employee status changes.
- File Maintenance: Ensure employee records are accurate and up-to-date, including physical and electronic files such as general employee records, medical records, performance reviews, and compliance-related files.
- Timecard Verification: Verify and report accuracy of temporary worker timecards and ensure proper approvals.
- Onboarding Coordination: Manage onboarding processes, ensuring completion and accuracy, and enter new hire information into the HRIS system.
- Scheduling Assistance: Schedule appointments and interviews with employees and candidates as needed.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an adequate supply of HR-related materials and forms.
Requirements
- 2/3 Technologies required, 3/3 preferred – Tableau is a must, ADP, SharePoint
- 1-2 years of experience in general administrative/HR functions
- MS office / Excel proficient due to working with spreadsheets
- General knowledge of HR functions, administrative procedures and systems, and general business practices
