Office Data Entry

Now hiring an office assistant for a supply store located in Jefferson! They offer resources and conversations regarding labor, water, electric, chemicals, and pricing to facility operators and managers to address their business needs. We're looking for a long-term fit to help with data and order entry.

Pay: $15-$17/hour based on experience
Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-5pm
***Background check and drug screen will be conducted prior to hire.

Work includes:

• Data entry – enter orders, update QuickBooks
• Clerical office tasks – answer phones, filing, etc
• Maintain a business casual dress code and professional attitude

Requirements:

• QuickBooks experience is preferred
• Data entry experience required
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
