The Role You Will Play:
As the Operations Manager you'll be essential in leading a high-performance team, reviewing operational processes, identifying areas of improvement, develop strategic plans for our client's Operations department, and focus on enhancing the customer experience by communicating with both internal staff/tech's and directly with our clients' customers.
Background Profile:
- Extensive experience in the home improvement sector, with a strong emphasis on residential construction or carpentry
- Proven track record in managing office operations, including proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, budget oversight, and performance metrics
- Demonstrated ability to bridge field expertise with administrative responsibilities, ensuring seamless operational efficiency
- Strong leadership and communication skills
